Job Title: Outside Sales Representative
Job Summary:
An Outside Sales Representative is responsible for actively prospecting, acquiring, and maintaining relationships with clients or customers to sell a company's products or services. They work in the field, meeting clients in person, and may be required to travel extensively to meet sales targets.
Duties:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential customers in the designated territory through various means, including networking, referrals, and online research.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up to date on product, industry trends, and competitors' products to effectively communicate their advantages to clients.
Market Research:
Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct in-person meetings and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiation and Closing Deals:
Engage in negotiations with customers to establish favorable terms and pricing, securing their commitment and finalizing agreements to close deals.
Achieving Sales Targets:
Establish and attain sales targets and quotas outlined by the company, utilizing tailored sales strategies to surpass objectives and drive success.
Account Management:
Manager and nurture relationships with existing clients while actively seeking to onboard new prospects.
Customer Service:
Prioritize customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns that arise.
Travel:
Engage in travel to visit clients withing assigned sales territories, as well as to attend trade shows and industry events.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience
· Proven record of successful sales experience, preferably in a similar outside sales role
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
· Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently
· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
· A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
· Purposeful and initiative-taking with a focus on achieving sales targets
· Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· C-store, vape and tobacco knowledge is preferred
· Background in B2B sales is required

$4,200 per month plus uncapped commission
