POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: - Interacting with established retail accounts to increase sales by selling, implementing comprehensive merchandising programs, displaying and placement of point of sale materials, and building account relationships.
Meeting sales goals and implementing promotions and programs according to established guidelines - Maintaining effective store coverage to achieve assigned call routing and frequency goals - Increasing store distribution - Establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships with accounts - maintaining account information and records to company standards
- Executes all promotions and programs in assigned retail accounts
- Performs designated in-store activities including selling and setting up off-shelf displays, gaining and making new distribution
- Achieve set sales, merchandising and distribution objectives in assigned retail stores
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Proven track record in sales and merchandising / Proven track record of expanding and managing chain sales accounts- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently - Superior organizational and time management skills - Ability to adhere to specific procedures and perform administrative and reporting duties related to sales activities while exercising close attention to detail and tight cost control - Computer skills - Demonstrated experience selling new products and in-store merchandising, promotion, and advertising experience.

- High School Graduate
- Possess good verbal, written and mathematical skills
- Professional demeanor with the ability to present sales activities to store managers
- Ability to work independently in a customer focused environment
- Valid driver's license with no DUI, speeding citations or numerous traffic violations impacting personal driver license status or insurance rates - safety is a must. Additionally, must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds and be able to climb, stoop, kneel, push, and pull regularly throughout a work day as they call on their customers. Please note that to qualify for a position with us, and for our assignments, you must be eligible to work full time within the United States.
Minimum of one to two (1-2) years sales and merchandising experience (preferably in tobacco and/or CPG (consumer package goods) industry)
