Naviga has been retained to identify an Outside Sales Representative.
Title : Outside Sales Representative
Location : West Palm Beach, FL (monthly travel to Caribbean and South America)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals
- Identify and engage new business opportunities across the Caribbean Islands, Central America, and the northern rim of South America
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer fulfillment
- Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
Requirements :
- Proven experience in B2B sales; industrial pump experience is a plus but not required
- Strong ability to sell and close deals
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
