Job Description

NCW is seeking a talented Business Development Manager in Charlotte, NC. You will be responsible for achieving the expansion objectives defined by NCW’s growth trajectory, focusing on national manufacturing, and industrial accounts.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and grow your personal book of business.
  • Sell NCW’s services, manage existing accounts within the specified sectors, and help place qualified candidates on behalf of NCW’s clients.
  • Help drive production by directing Recruiter’s workflow around specified areas of focus.
  • Perform onsite management tasks as needed, in support of your personal book of business.
  • Help represent the brand with initiatives such as job fairs and networking events.
  • Facilitate online and traditional sourcing initiatives to generate a flow of prospective clients.
  • Responsible for attaining weekly and monthly production goals as defined by the NCW management team.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Technical background in Manufacturing and/or similar industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Proficiency using Applicant Tracking / CRM software to manage a talent pipeline.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree desired but not required.
  • 2-4 years selling experience; specifically involving Manufacturing, Industrial, and/or similar industry preferred.
  • Ability to travel when necessary to visit clients in person.
