Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team! This is a key role in our organization, requiring the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
· Assist in all Incoming phone calls & client walk-ins
· Maintain and organize office files, both physical and digital
· Ordering all office & breakroom supplies
Manage vendor relationships and assist with contract negotiation
· Manage all incoming major unit inventory paperwork
· Enter and maintain current inventory via scanning software
· Entering in Sales Deals – payment/paperwork processing
· Accounts Receivables – to include collecting on past due accounts
· Accounts Payable – sign/date & forward to home office
· Warranty Registrations – enter warranty information for finalized deals
· End of Day – process for every previous day business financials
· Taking bank deposits to bank
· Manage Company Credit Card Receipts/Statements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
