OUR IDEAL MEDICAL OFFICE ASSISTANT
Picture yourself as a crucial part of our team, responsible for team member accountability and coaching, PME assistance, back office support, and aiding the sales team. Your role will involve creating a positive team culture, ensuring seamless patient care processes, and contributing to the efficiency of back-office operations.
All that we need from you is the following:
- 3 years of professional sales and/or customer service experience
WORK SCHEDULE
Join us for a workweek that balances commitment and flexibility:
- Monday and Thursday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Tuesday: Rotating between 7:00am - 9:00am and 4:00pm - 6:00pm
- Wednesday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am - 2:00pm
- Closed on Saturday and Sunday
