Position Overview:
As an Account Executive specializing in staffing sales, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and revenue streams in the West Palm Beach and national market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the staffing industry, and a strong ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and customize staffing solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on staffing or related services.
• Strong understanding of the staffing industry and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $45,666.98 - $54,996.80 per year
