```Job Summary```
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and be familiar with a variety of applicant tracking systems.

```Responsibilities```
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop job descriptions
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Paychex, Taleo, Workday, iCIMS, or Lever to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

```Skills```
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Paychex, Taleo, Workday, iCIMS, or Lever
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively evaluate candidate qualifications and make informed hiring decisions
- Experience with lead generation and sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with succession planning and talent management processes
- Knowledge of contract recruitment is a plus
- Proficiency in using ADP for payroll processing is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
