We are seeking Business Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of business objectives among Nations Safe Drivers sales, marketing, and business development professionals

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients
• Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship with them
• Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods
• Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business
• Collaborate with sales and design team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
• Ability to analyze new business opportunities
• Present new products and services to improve existing relationships
• Ensure all levels of staff portray the corporation in the best light
• Organize training and workshop programs
• Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
• Research and cultivate an accurate perception of the organization’s mission and goals
• Forecast sales objectives and ensure they are fulfilled by the business development team
• Attend industry functions, including conferences and association events, and contribute information and feedback on upcoming market trends
• Perform analytical preparation for opportunities for potential growth
• Create a plan for employee training, motivating them for optimum performance in their duties
• Acquire knowledge of the outside market and competitors of the company
• Leverage on various expertise in the company, including every intellectual property and existing technologies to expand the company’s influence.
• Identify sales leads and pitch offers to customers
• Write specifications and proposals

Education and Work Experience:

• 3-5 years of marketing or sales experience
• A bachelor’s degree in any business-related discipline is preferred but not required
• Working experience in a related organization or field, such as sales and marketing

Knowledge and Skills:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.

• Proficient computer skills: must have working knowledge of Excel and Word,

• Ability to identify discrepancies and take initiative to research variances and correct.
• Hours Required: Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM
