CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVEN-ear is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team in Tampa, FL (33614).

Representatives must handle incoming customer service calls and emails from our customers. This position offers support for the sales staff including supporting questions regarding warranties and prospecting leads.

Our customer service representatives are often the first point of contact for customers' product issues, we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

Essential Job Responsibilities : Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Effectively manage incoming calls, and emails, and develop leads.Identify and resolve customers' issues.Provides customers with order details, and tracking information, and has a general understanding of product knowledge.

Manages and resolves customer complaints. Research required information using available resources.Completes transactions and processes orders.

Routes call to appropriate resources if needed.Documents all call information according to standard operating procedures.

Minimum Job Requirements : Education & Experience : Candidates holding a General Education degree or Equivalent would be ideal.

It is required that the candidate has minimum 3 years of previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.

Excellent communication over the phone and other communication platforms is required. Basic computer skills and experience are required.

Expectations / Core Competencies : Willingness to understand and eagerness to learn engineering and technically complicated products.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.Versatility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
