Myrtle Beach Real Estate Co is Hiring a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant Near Myrtle, SC

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual with expertise in QuickBooks to join our real estate/property management team as a Bookkeeper/Secretary. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling administrative tasks, and leveraging their QuickBooks proficiency to streamline and enhance our accounting processes.

Responsibilities:

  • QuickBooks Expertise:
  • Utilize QuickBooks to manage and maintain the company's financial records efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial transactions, including invoices, expenses, and receipts.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements using QuickBooks.
  • Bookkeeping:
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for multiple properties.
  • Record and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
  • Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative assistance to the real estate and property management team.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings.
  • Assist in drafting and proofreading correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Communication:
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, tenants, and internal team members.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from clients and tenants promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate communication and information flow within the organization.
  • Property Management Support:
  • Assist in coordinating property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Manage lease agreements, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new tenants and ensure a smooth move-in process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper with a strong emphasis on using QuickBooks, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of QuickBooks software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
