The Position:

The Administrative (data/document control) position at Monarch Roofing of Myrtle Beach supports multiple projects simultaneously and is responsible for the proper data collecting and entry before start of jobs and for handling data and documentation after jobs are completed. This position plays an important role in gathering information from team members and customers and helps to build a solid foundation for all jobs. Most of the Administrative (data) position’s job duties will be done in the office, at a computer. This is not a remote postion.

Essential Job Duties:

• Responsible for entering data in system accurately and efficiently.
• Ensures data remains consistent across the database and company CRM systems.
• Reviews and approve contracts, including all elements required for job approval.
• Enters data into CRM and Excel program.
• Prepares internal and external corporate documents for the team members
• Behaves as an integral part of a sales team, collects information from others.
• Handles after sales follow up procedures.
• Updates Company CRM system based on communication with customers and inside team.
• Upholds closing procedures including warranties, letters of completion.
• Schedules, after project completion, final call appointment between the customer and Project Manager.
• Coordinates communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients and team members.
• Helps homeowner get what they deserve, the best.
• Upholds a strict level of confidentiality.
• Helps customers before and after projects are completed.
• Attends company events, fairs and trade shows as assigned.
