Overview: The Superintendent is responsible for maximizing customer experience with high degrees of communication, installation quality according to specifications, and job site organization. Additionally, the Superintendent helps sub-contractors maximize productivity and complete the work with perfect reviews and inspection.

Duties:

• Provides world class service to Customers / Builders / Contractors
• Takes ownership of projects and accounts provided by sales
• Communicates job progress with Builder / Contractor and Production Coordinator
• Finds solutions to installation issues to produce the highest quality that never fails
• Meets subcontractor crews on site to help maximize productivity and supervises quality specifications
• Identifies potential roofing issues and discusses with Production Manager/Project Manager/Sub-contractor
• Represents company proudly to the highest levels of respect and professionalism
• Performs inspection upon project completion to satisfy customer and manufacturer to project specification
• Desires to grow and improve constantly

Qualities, Characteristics, Aptitude:

• Experience in roofing is a plus but not required
• Team player orientation
• Ability to interface with all levels within the organization and external parties
• Advance in training and certified with GAF (shingles/low slope) and Mule-Hide EPDM
• Must be a self-starter, goal oriented, cooperative, and have a high energy level
• Must be organized and systematic in work
• Fluent ability to operate different phone applications
• Strong work ethic
• Positive, Polite

Physical Abilities and Working Conditions: Most of the Job Site Supervisor work will be done at Job Sites. The Job Site Supervisor will be exposed to varying temperature ranges from 90 degrees plus to cold weather which could include temperatures in the teens, and rainy conditions. The Job Site Supervisor must be able to lift/move up to 70 pounds frequently and may perform tasks requiring climbing, crawling, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, gripping and moving safely over uneven surfaces. Job Site Supervisors are expected to safely climb ladders reaching up to 60 feet while carrying up to 30 pounds and wear personal protective gear correctly.
