Moore Colson has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team! The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a pivotal role with assisting in recruiting methods and strategies as well as working with the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to execute the talent strategy throughout Moore Colson CPAs and Advisors.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for a wide range of assignments including, but not limited to:

  • Assist Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist with sourcing via LinkedIn, Internal ATS, and/or Social Media platforms
  • Assists Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist with initial contact of applicants to determine qualification and interest level
  • Strategically collaborate, maintain relationships, and direct external recruiting agencies to achieve staffing goals
  • Conduct monthly recruiting meetings with external recruiting agencies as needed
  • Coordinate interviews (onsite & virtual), send interview schedules, and delivery to both internal team and external candidate; confirmation to both team and candidate; candidate travel and other logistics as required
  • Post new job openings in our Clear applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Provides support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Represents and promotes organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data
  • Maintaining recruiting data in excel spreadsheets
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Associates degree in business, or related field; OR two (2) years of directly related experience
  • Minimum one (1) year of candidate sourcing or related experience via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other databases.
  • Minimum two (2) years of administrative support experience in recruitment or related area
  • Candidates with experience in Public Accounting is a plus
  • Experience with Clear or other applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, quality, and effective verbal and written communication skills along with excellent follow-through
  • Excellent customer focus with professional presence
