Receptionist/Office Administrator
The Regional Office of Money Concepts, a Financial Planning Firm, is looking for an organized and service-oriented Office Administrator/Receptionist for their Middletown location. This is a full-time position and is key and central to the innerworkings of our office.
Skills:
· Customer services skills
· Time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Ability to prioritize tasks
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher & PowerPoint. Knowledge
of QuickBooks a plus.
· Working knowledge of office equipment, copier, fax, postal meter, etc.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Greeting clients and answering/transferring incoming calls
· Event/workshop planning and coordination
· Support and conduct bookkeeping/billing procedures
· Mail processing and shipping
· Compliance related tasks
· Data/file upkeep – electronic and hard copy
· Calendar coordination for events/conference room
· Managing supply inventory/ equipment service calls
· Office maintenance/restocking
· Support Advisors with various requests
Knowledge of financial Industry a plus
Salary is based on experience.
