Minute Men Staffing is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Louisville, KY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Office Administrator to join our Freight, Warehouse, and Logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. Must be willing to be a team player and play multiple parts. This is a 1st shift 6a-3p Monday-Friday. Pay is $60-$65K.

Duties:

  • Process daily paperwork, including invoices, purchase orders, and timecards.
  • Maintain a well-organized warehouse environment, including inventory control and filing systems.
  • Assist the Operations Manager with scheduling, communication, and project management.
  • Prepare and send invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Research and implement new office automation tools to streamline processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by fielding inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed, which may include answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing office supplies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a warehouse setting.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Are proficient in cloud-based software.
  • Enjoy working independently and as part of a team.
  • Have a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Can prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Have experience with warehouse management software.
  • Are familiar with basic accounting principles.
