Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, coordinating events, overseeing office operations, and providing support to the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Plan and coordinate company events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee office operations, including maintaining supplies, managing equipment, and handling facilities-related issues
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Manage schedules and appointments for executives and team members
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development
- Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships
- Conduct research and compile data for various reports as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Knowledge of human resources processes is an advantage
