Monarch Staffing is Hiring a Business Development Manager Near Springfield, PA
Ideally someone who is located in KOP or West Chester to service our clients in those areas.
A Day in the life of a Business Development Manager:
- Qualify area employers on staffing service usage, Temp, Temp to Hire & Direct Hire
- Generate new business leads through, online/internet job posting sites, network of personnel resources
- Make face to face, virtual and/or phone sales calls new and follow up prospects daily
- Prepare a monthly top tracking/ sales plan for new business development and account penetration
- Attend company meetings both virtually and on-site when needed
- Enter and update all new prospective clients into our internal database
- 5 years proven sales experience selling to human resources professionals and hiring managers
- Must have established book of business and contacts in the tri-county area
- Ability to attend networking events after hours as needed
- Must have own vehicle and valid drivers license as local travel is required
