A day in the life of a Customer Service Representative
- Executes high volume of outbound calls to various healthcare facilities requesting medical records
- Works with team in retrieving medical records in a timely & efficient manner
- Utilizes email, fax and website searches to retrieve information for outbound communication
Requirements for the Customer Service Representative position
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Experience using MS Outlook, fax machines and website navigation
- Thrives in a fast-paced, hi-volume work environment
- Ability and willingness to execute hi-volume of outbound calls on a daily basis
- Finesse and confidence in requesting information with a high percentage of success in obtaining results in a timely manner
