Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:
- Market and analyze potential customers to identify sales opportunities
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to establish rapport with prospects
- Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of products/services
- Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and other sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a business development or outside sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Account management experience is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
