Mold Masters Company is Hiring a Remote Regional Sales Manager

Job Description- As a proactive leader, the Regional Sales Manager will drive sales and business development initiatives within their assigned region. Their key responsibilities include surpassing sales targets, fostering the development of the sales team, and instituting continuous improvements. This role requires a dynamic individual who can lead and inspire the sales team, cultivate customer relationships, and represent the company at industry events. The Regional Sales Manager will actively seek profitable opportunities to boost regional sales, implement continuous improvement strategies, oversee expenditure analysis and preparation, and assess processes to ensure they align with the company's objectives. Work You’ll Do: Develop and implement strategic sales plans in collaboration with the Director of North American Sales. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competition. Represent the company at trade shows and meetings to promote products. Maintain relationships with key clients, deliver presentations, negotiate and close deals. Develop and maintain sales forecasts, set performance goals, and ensure correct staffing levels. Provide leadership to the sales staff and ensure effective processes and procedures. Collaborate with Human Resources for timely hiring and training of staff. Evaluate employee performance, manage relations, and promote productivity improvements. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in business, engineering, or related field. 5-7 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in sales and business development, preferably in the plastic injection molding industry. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a management role. Preferred Qualifications: Incumbent should reside on the east coast. Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret documents such as process documentation, and procedure manuals. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain relationships and negotiate and close deals. Ability to write reports and communicate effectively with employees, management, customers, and external suppliers. Proven track record in the management of a sales group.
