We are seeking a highly motivated Banquet Sous Chef with a passion for hard work to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a full-time position.

Banquet Sous Chef Responsibilities:

• Review banquet event orders (BEO) on a daily basis and make note of any changes.

• Prepare and execute food menu for all events.
• Assist Executive Chef with supervision and training of employees, sanitation and safety, menu planning and related production activities.
• Assist with monthly inventory and cost control.
• Prepare reports and managing employee schedules.

Banquet Sous Chef Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of hot line cook experience at a high volume.
• Able to work a flexible schedule and/or overtime, if needed.
• Able to push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in hot, humid and noisy environment.
• Stand for long periods of time.
