Mercedes-Benz of Plano is seeking a full-time front desk Receptionist for the Sales showroom.

The Receptionist is responsible for multiple tasks including (but not limited to):

• Greeting each guest with a smile! Our guests' first impression and greeter; must have great attitude, highly customer-focused and be sure our guests are well-taken care of. Must have professional and polished appearance.
• Assist managers and sales personnel with clerical tasks
• Create all schedules for the sales department such as training
• Ability to master computer functions such as MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Reynolds & Reynolds, Next-Up, and Keysupra
• Keep client distribution to sales team system running smoothly
• Screen phone calls and visitors, directing to appropriate manager (light phones)
• Special projects as determined by management

Experience required:

• Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Customer Service experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Administrative work
