Our outstanding Orthodontic practice is seeking an exceptional Front Desk Specialist for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Summary:

This person will be the first smile the patients will see when they walk through the front door.

As front office coordinator, you will assist the practice manager with account receivables and practice statistics.

Other duties include :

1. Answering multiline phone

2. Checking patients in and out and scheduling appointments

3. Facilitate monthly in office events/contests

4. Other dental front office duties

Qualifications :

1. Comfortable Discussing financial arrangement and collecting money

2. At least 2 years dental experience pref. Orthodontic

3. Must be well spoken and VERY computer literate

4. Experience with Excel or Numbers, Word or Pages

You must be willing to travel to multiple locations.
