KAMcare Health and Wellness is a primary care practice in Plano, TX. We are collaborative and our goal is to help patients achieve health and wellness goals and provide excellent internal medicine care.

The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones and handling basic administrative tasks. Our ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and is looking to become a part of an energetic and enthusiastic team that is committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and direct telephone inquiries.
• Answer and forward general mail.
• Assist with office organization; perform clerical and clerical support functions, such as photocopying, faxing, typing, and filing.
• Record information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Proficient in Availty, insurance referrals, verifying insurance benefits and confirming copays.
• Schedule appointments and conferences; maintain a calendar of appointments.
• Interact with consultants and contractors in a welcoming, professional manner.
• Clean the office and help restock supplies when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Experience:

• Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical office: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Plano, TX 75024: Relocate before starting work (Required)
