AURORA Home Health is hiring for a full time Receptionist role. The candidate MUST have prior healthcare office experience. Must have reliable transportation to our office located at 5550 Granite Parkway Plano, TX.

The Receptionist assists office staff and DON with routine clerical/office and computer related tasks. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Answer incoming calls with absolute professionalism and resolving issues that need to be attended over the phone
• Greeting the public, provide information, answer questions, and research files
• Data entry in Forcura, Axxess EMR, Excel
• Ordering supplies, filing documents
• Sort and assign incoming faxes and emails
• Communicate and coordinate with intake team and physicians offices to get all paperwork done correctly and timely
• Perform other duties as apparent or as delegated.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION:

• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Minimum of 2 years working in medical office environment (preferably home health)
