Job Summary

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for working with the Product Management Director to drive the overall success of your product. You will work closely with stakeholders across all business units to further develop your digital product by identifying the product roadmap, key improvements, directing market research, generating product requirements, and developing communication strategies that will drive the greatest outcome. 

Job Responsibilities

1. Martech Strategy and discovery: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap in collaboration with Director of Marketing aligning with overall business objectives and marketing goals.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and data analytics, to understand business requirements, gather insights, and ensure seamless integration of Martech solutions.
3. Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and concept development to implementation and ongoing optimization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality Martech solutions.
4. User Experience Optimization: Continuously assess and enhance the user experience across marketing channels by leveraging Martech tools, A/B testing, and user feedback.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and insights to make informed decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize Martech strategies for maximum impact
6. Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners to supplement and enhance the capabilities of the Martech stack.
7. Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Martech to ensure Optavia.com remains at the forefront of innovation.

Scope

The Sr Product Manager – Marketing Technology will oversee a dedicated Product Development Squad, with cradle to grave responsibilities in ensuring that the objectives and outcomes are met in alignment with business objectives.
This position with partner heavily between digital product, marketing, IT and various leadership.

Knowledge, Education, Skills & Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, technology, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• 4-7 years’ experience required in product management, specifically in Martech.
• Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics and other marketing technologies are a plus.
• Experience with advertising platforms and audience integrations
• Strong understanding of marketing technology tools, platforms, regulations, and trends
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful Martech solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
