The Role

As a Senior Product Manager for Integrations at Podium, you will be responsible for owning the Marketplace & Integrations product roadmap, ensuring seamless integration across all products. You will collaborate extensively with product teams to support integration needs, drive successful launches of new integrations, and engage directly with customers weekly to gather feedback. Your role will be pivotal in shaping a scalable ecosystem that supports hundreds of integrations, utilizing market, product, and business data to inform strategic decisions.

*This will be a hybrid position that will require you to work at least 3 days a week (Tue, Wed, Thur) in our Lehi, UT office. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Own the Marketplace & Integrations product roadmap.
• Work across product teams to ensure all products with integration needs are supported.
• Work with go-to-market teams to drive successful launch of new integrations.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to support integrations.
• Work with design and engineering to deliver a best-in-class product experience
• Drive the development of a scalable ecosystem that supports hundreds of integrations.
• Be an expert on Podium’s API, and give recommendations to partners on how to use it.
• Develop a deep understanding of how Podium users interact with integrations.
• Use market, product, and business data to inform integration development investments.
• Engage weekly with customers to identify needs and gather integration feedback.
• Present a coherent integration product vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.

About You:

• 4 years of product management experience with a focus on integrations.
• Proven track record delivering measurable results through product launches.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward ownership and impact.
• Adept at assessing and adjusting resources to optimize outcomes for the business.
• Ability to independently initiate and drive projects with minimal guidance.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across the organization.
• Ability to analyze and leverage data to make informed decisions.
• Able to create focus for the development team.
• Able to read and understand API documentation.
