Human Resources Coordinator

McBride Consulting, LLC, is a certified Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) management consulting and project management firm with significant professional services experience that includes business strategy development, program management, business process improvement, change management, human capital management, and operations.

Duties:

- Provide administrative support to one or more human resources functions, including recruiting, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, training, equal employment opportunity, and/or employee records.

- Process HR department applications, including employment and enrollment applications

- Maintains attendance and employment records, and compiles statistics for various HR management reports.

- May conduct pre-employment screening interviews, check references and respond to routine questions on HR policy.

Required Skills:

- 5 years of experience supporting similar HR functions

- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Education & Clearances

- Bachelor's Degree Required

- Must be a U.S. Citizen

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
