The Matassini Law Firm is a personal injury and criminal defense litigation firm located in South Tampa. We are seeking a Spanish bi-lingual, highly professional, driven and detail oriented Receptionist for our office.

Responsibilities include:

• Bilingual- fluent in Spanish required;
• Experience in a law-firm or similar porifessional office setting is required;
• Minimum 1-2 years experience required;
• Education: High school diploma required, College AA degree preferred;
• Must have the following skills: Outlook, scanning and saving documents, typing, producing documents in Word
• Answer and route calls;
• Schedule client appointments with clients;
• Take and record new client information;
• Order office supplies, maintain supply closet;
• Receive, scan, save and distribute paper mail daily;
• Keep accurate call logs of incoming calls;
• Profile and saving e-mail correspondence;
• Staff reception area, greet guests at front door, and receive and unpack deliveries;
• Taking assignments from assistants and paralegal, which may include: compiling notebooks or files for depositions and hearings (printing/copying, creating indexes, folder labels, tabs, hole punching);
• Schedule maintenance repairs as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
