Job Description
Project Manager
As Project Manager reporting to the VP of Operations, you will lead engagements to roll out HealthBridge solutions with customers and partners. You will lead projects of varying size, complexity and geography ensuring that a project, or a set of projects, are delivered on time with high quality, and meeting stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities include
- Lead projects to roll out the HealthBridge program to multiple new clients each month.
- Lead projects to integrate with new partners to grow the scope of HealthBridge services.
- Coordinate resources (internal and external; contracted and employed) representing account management, sales, legal, communications, operations, and technology to define and deliver on inter-dependent tasks.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, status reporting and document repositories for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Organize and facilitate meetings to initiate, manage and close projects. Create agendas, presentations, and detailed meeting notes with proper follow up activities.
- Communicate effectively with project team members across multiple disciplines.
- Produce standard project management deliverables such as risk and issue registers, status dashboards, project plans.
- Identify, coordinate and or escalate issues and risks to keep internal and external teams on track and oversee a smooth transition to ongoing operations and account management.
- Assist in maturation of HealthBridge project management processes and tools.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a business, healthcare management or technology discipline.
- Five (5) years project management experience with Project Management Methodologies and experience in client service project delivery.
- Ability to effectively collaborate and manage conflicts with cross-functional, distributed teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task and balance multiple competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook.
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence or SharePoint.
Preferred
- Project Management Certification (CAPM or PMP).
- Experience in health insurance or financial services project management.
- Experience using project management software such as MS Project and SmartSheets.
