Under the direction of the Director of Quality Assurance, the Quality Assurance Administrator is responsible for driving clinical process improvement and client safety initiatives throughout the organization. Leads the development, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of clinical quality systems and policies to ensure compliance risks are identified and mitigated. Serves as Client Rights Officer. Manages the incident reporting process and electronic reporting systems. Assists in special projects, licensing activities, accreditation processes, and regulatory compliance reviews as needed.
