Vista Industrial Packaging is Hiring a Manager, Quality Assurance Near Columbus, OH
- Responsible for the maintenance, execution and monitory of Vista Packaging and Logistics Columbus, Ohio facility Quality Management (QMS) Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and compliance with all local state and federal (FDA) as well as all corporate policies and procedures.
- Acts as primary contact for all local, state and federal regulatory agencies pertaining to the QMS scope.
- Conducts/coordinates required Quality, Security and Regulatory assessments.
- Supports development of QMS components (i.e., Quality, Security and Regulatory training.)
- Responsible for oversight and maintenance of Corrective and Preventive action program.
- Responsible for oversight of the change control process, risk management and cGMP refresher training.
- Lead and manage a QA Team to successfully deliver the project to the required quality standards.
- Assure Quality procedures are developed, maintained, and practiced delivering customer’s satisfactions.
- Work with Customer Service Representatives
- Communicate product quality information to the Manufacturing departments to correct or prevent a non-conforming product from being produced.
- Develop and implement audit schedules and plans, and coordinate/manage internal and external (3rd party) audits. (ISO, regulatory, customer, etc.)
