• Support in developing, implementing and coordinating theIntegrated Management System (IMS) to meet or exceed IATF 16949:2016certification requirements.
• Maintain, enforce, and apply Corporate Quality programs,policies, and procedures; including evaluating the precision and accuracy ofproduction, testing measurement and analytic equipment.
• Maintain and improve documentation to support productionprocesses and ensure Quality of manufactured product.
• Maintain program related Quality Documentation (processflow chart, P-FMEA, control plan).
• Perform required PPAP studies and documentation, (i.e.dimensional weight studies,etc.)
• Provide information to support lessons learned effortsbased on internal and customer related Quality issues.
• Provide training on processes, procedures and standardsdefined in the Integrated Management System (IMS), as needed.
• Responsible for maintaining 5S in department andperiodically participating with audit process.
• Support in preparations and participate in activitiesrelated to IATF16949, Customer and CCC/CCAP Audits, as needed.
• Responsible for Customer Complaint management andactivities relating to root-cause analysis, corrective actions, 8D’s andtracking within the customer portals.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Quality ManagementSystems, or equivalent (not required)
• At least 3 years of experience in Automotive QualityManagement
• Basic knowledge of Quality Management Tools andAutomotive Standards
• International experience (working with suppliers,customers and co-workers from a variety of countries)
• Experience with Quality Management Systems
• PPAPs and APQPS
