Experience: 5 years of administrative experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A mix of confidence and empathy in communicating with others
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and a commitment to quality
• Proven ability to take initiative and responsibility for completing work
• General aptitude or desire to learn public accounting concepts to facilitate effective communication with clients
• Demonstrated proficiency and technical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe software applications
• Proficient technology skills with proven ability to learn and use new software applications
• Proven ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide administrative support to the Peoria Heights office while collaborating with other members of the M|H team in our Champaign office to meet the needs of the firm
• Provide support to partners working with high priority clients
• Perform reception and other general office administrative duties
• Prepare a variety of correspondence for internal and external clients
• Manage key office projects
• Prepare monthly billing statements
• Prepare and assemble reports, firm materials and client documents
• Make travel arrangements
• Other administrative duties as assigned
