We are looking for candidates with the following attributes:

Experience: 5 years of administrative experience

Skills: Depending on experience level, the following skills are important.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A mix of confidence and empathy in communicating with others
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Proven ability to take initiative and responsibility for completing work
• General aptitude or desire to learn basic tax and public accounting concepts to facilitate effective communication with clients
• Extensive technical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe software applications
• Proficient technology skills with proven ability to learn new software applications and perform work electronically
• No prior tax or public accounting knowledge required

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide high level administrative support to the tax team while collaborating with other members of the M|H team
• Play a key role in the assembly and processing of tax returns and documents
• Communicate and provide high level customer service to internal and external clients
• Manage key projects
• Perform a variety of firm-wide administrative duties such as reception, and supporting administrative team members in other departments, as needed
