Position Title: ITS Administrative Assistant (Martin County ITS Department)
Pay rate: $18.00/hour
Hours: Full time M-F 8am-5pm
Location: Martin County Administration Building
Must be able to pass criminal background check, drug test and MVR
Position is contract through reSOURCE Government ServicesPlease note, this is a temporary position for 1 to 2 months only. Therefore, no benefits will be offered! 

SUMMARY:Under specific guidance and direction, completes a focused assignment to review and analyze contract information, updating the needed information via Excel and our IT Portfolio application. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Read contracts and extract start/end dates, annual increases, termination conditions, etc.
2. Enter this data into an Excel spreadsheet
3. Enter this data back into new tables in the system 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 

• Advanced experience using Excel
• Ability to learn and navigate applications – candidate will use a system for updating contracts/documentation information (IT Portfolio)

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Preferred(not required),: IT background and some college 
HS Diploma/GED requiredAdditional qualifying education and/or experience which provide the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities may be substituted one for the other on a year for year basisCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License
