JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the chef de cuisine this role is responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing the kitchen staff, fostering relationships with suppliers, and planning the daily menu. The chef de cuisine must possess a specific level of creativity in order to execute the restaurant's concepts, menus, and recipes. The chef de cuisine's primary role is to ensure that all food meets the highest quality standards
