Full-time Salary: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour.
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate and execute administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Posting of work hours from automated time keeping software to ERP
- Posting of shop production (material usage and labor)
- Post supplier and customer invoices
- Filing
- Receptionist
- Customers and Supplier visits
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Meeting preparation
