Shift : 7pm- 7am Work 2 Days and Off 2 Days. Days off will vary.

Pay : $ Position is temp to hire and includes a pay raise once hired on.

Must be able to stand up to 12 hours per day, able to lift up to 100lbs and possess great work ethics!

Good hand eye coordination, experience with machine work working with steel straps and strap cutters, micrometers & calipers, the ability to work in hot conditions, loud environment, and able to work around paint and grease and be safety conscientious at all times!

Job Responsibilities :

• Completion of general safety training.
• Completion of ISO training.
• Completion of Forklift safety training.
• Ability to operate packaging equipment and machines.
• Familiarity with packaging specifications.
• Identify quality issues and report to Production Lead.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Quickly respond to any line stops and assist in making the line operational again.
• Maintain an organized supply of production supplies, and report any shortages to Production Lead.
• Prepare for shift and proactively plan for items needed during production to minimize lost time.
• Perform any other task assigned by the Production Lead.

Skills / Experience / Education Requirements :

• Must be able to lift 50-100lbs.
• Must be able to stand 8-12 hours.
• Basic math skills required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements :

Manufacturing conditions - Steel toed boots and long pants required. All other PPE supplied by employer. Chemicals may be utilized during our manufacturing process.
