Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and finding appropriate solutions
- Accurately enter customer information and order details into the system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions
- Sales experience is a plus
