We have an immediate opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area. If you are reliable, conscientious and love working with customers, Amber would like to speak to you!
Responsibilities
•Create Jobs from existing Customers/Properties - Enter information from the Dispatch email inbox and upload bid letters.
•Purchase Order assistance - manage Divvy site and update BuildOps accordingly.
•COIs- Certificate of Insurance requests and assist in yearly renewals.
•Phone - monitor, take messages, and dispatch from phone requests.
•Panel Schedules.
•Schedule/Call/Call Off Rental Equipment.
•Coordinate with other departments to ensure that work is completed within specified time frames if additional manpower is needed.
•Maintaining records of work performed, including dispatch logs, service orders, repair orders, work orders, and other documents related to the work done by employees.
•Maintaining communication with field technicians and dispatchers to ensure that appointments are kept on time and service is provided efficiently.
•Determining the nature of customer requests for service.
•Documenting service calls and work orders in a computerized database system or on paper logs
•Scheduling technicians and other staff members to ensure that all jobs are completed within specified time frames by managing the dispatch board.
•Coordinating directly with customers to schedule appointments, answer questions, and provide information about services offered by the company.
Qualifications
•As a successful candidate, you have well-rounded communication skills and have 3 or more years of experience in Customer Service relations and service calls.
•Must be comfortable with making and receiving phone calls.
•Must be familiar with Outlook and Microsoft applications.
•Have a history of reliability with work.
•Must be able to handle multiple tasks with ease.
•Have excellent attention to detail.
•Must have reliable transportation.
•Have a valid driver's license.
