Responsibilities- Provide exceptional Customer Service.
- Coordinates with the Agent to provide assistance in determining proper coverage
- Review renewal business and identify appropriate follow-up action based on degree of change
- Cross-sell/ Up-sell products to existing customers
- Actively solicit expiration dates from new clients and prospects
- Develops an agency relationship with new clients
- Customer service duties as they are presented
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via phone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Must be licensed in Property & Casualty or Obtain in 30 Days- General Line Property & Casualty Preferred
- Eligible to obtain Life & Health License
- Have a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
- Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
