The Role:

We're looking for a dedicated Part-time Bilingual Office Assistant. Youll be the backbone of our team, keeping everything running smoothly with your skills in organization, communication, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Your Key responsibilities:

Your key objective will be to increase the efficiency of our office operations. Your Key Performance Indicators will include, but won't be limited to:

• Ensuring documents and reports are organized and accurate
• Successfully managing incoming calls and client inquiries
• Efficiently directing correspondence and dispatch accordingly
• Accurate data entry and update of our operational system

About You:

You are a performance-oriented professional, fluent in both English and Spanish. You are known for your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, appreciation for order, and growth mindset. No prior experience is required, openness to learning is!

This position is part-time, requiring 25 hours per week. The pay rate is $16.00 - $17.00 per hour.
