We are looking for a candidate that is organized, professional, responsible, capable of working with limited supervision and committed to helping us meet all our clients' needs. This person must be a team player, self-motivated, and able to keep up with a fast pace.

Responsibilities and duties include:

• Greeting clients and visitors;
• Answering phones, transferring calls and taking detailed messages;
• Maintain the appearance of all facility common areas including the lobby, conference rooms, workroom/copy area and kitchen;
• Distribute incoming mail, emails and hand deliveries;
• Entering client and case information into the firm's case software management system;
• Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; and initiating telecommunications;
• Sending and receiving mail and other correspondence;
• Maintaining office supplies and placing orders when inventory is low; and
• Other duties as assigned.

Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
