Zinda Law Group, a rapidly growing, elite personal injury law firm, is looking for an Intern to join our growing Austin office! This entry-level role will assist with reception duties, mail distribution, setting up conference rooms, and office maintenance, in addition to providing support for our legal team. This is a great opportunity for administrative professionals looking for hands-on training and long-term growth within the legal field. This internship is on-site in our Austin, TX office, with flexibility on hours depending on your schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with incoming and outgoing mail distribution;
• Faxing and scanning;
• Answering phones;
• Managing a complex filing system;
• E-filing;
• Processing checks, closing addendums, and deposits;
• Assisting receptionist with front desk duties;
• Maintaining office and break room supplies;
• Preparing conference rooms;
• Provide overflow support to our legal teams.

Qualifications:

• Interest in pursuing a career in the legal field and/or law school
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Organized, with high attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Willingness to take on a variety of tasks
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Previous experience as an administrative assistant, file clerk, or legal secretary a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Compensation:

• $18-$20/hr
