The Manager of Customer Care will focus on the development and growth of the Customer Care team. The Manager will coach, train, and produce data in support of our growth plans.

Day-to-Day Expectations will include:
● Managing a team of Customer Care specialists to ensure quality performance.
● Evaluating performance and providing ongoing training with a people first mindset to ensure career development.
● Staying up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and company offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
● Deliver on Customer Care Leadership Playbook Activities:
○ Daily check-ins
○ Daily huddles
○ Daily call coaching sessions
○ Weekly team meetings
○ Engagement activities
○ Monthly performance reviews
Requirements:
● High school diploma or equivalent.
● Excellent communication and customer service skills.
● Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and manage a team.
● Ethically solve problems with a strong work ethic.
● Proven track record as a manager overseeing and leading a team of Customer Care Specialists or similar.
● Strong working knowledge of MS Office programs such as; Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint.
● Ability to travel based on company needs (minimal travel).
In this role, you can expect:
