Job Overview

Rightworks has an opportunity for a Customer Care Intern to join our multi-disciplined Success, Support and Experience team. As an intern you’ll have the opportunity to work with multiple teams supporting, managing, and developing products for our Software, Education, Community, and Hosting product groups. This opportunity will allow you to partner with customer care teams to nurture the customer journey and lifecycle from onboarding to maturity through targeted information delivery, technical support management, and data analytics. You will embed with teams developing software products to gain experience in Agile development methodology. You will work alongside data analysts to understand customer intelligence efforts. You will have an opportunity to gain insight into effective, cutting-edge support techniques and tools. And you will learn communication and management techniques working with a leading technology company serving the accounting industry and forge relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Process documentation and communication
• Digital customer interaction & contact documentation
• Marketing-style email template creation and campaign management
• Basic data analysis
• Participation in team meetings and conversations
• Keep all documentation and information strictly confidential

Requirements

• Rising Senior with coursework, projects and/or a major in areas such as Customer Service Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, International Business or Organizational Leadership.
• Ability to support multiple concurrent tasks.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
• Travel to Alpharetta, GA office twice per week.
• Strong experience with leveraging communication, business productivity applications (eg, spreadsheets), systems, and processes to complete tasks
• Eagerness to learn
