In this role, you will: Develop and implement strategies to improve operations and increase supply chain efficiencies. Achieve financial and strategic goals for both Clorox and our customers. Proactively identify and act on opportunities for improvement. Optimize cost-to-serve. Cultivate positive relationships with customers and within Clorox. What we look for: Passion for supply chain management. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment. Knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain. Consistent track record to drive operational excellence and achieve KPI targets. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and navigate through ambiguity.
