ISEE Career Solutions is Hiring a Production planner Near Savannah, GA

Company Overview

The Company provides sales, service, and technical support services for machine tool, construction equipment, lift truck, skid-steer loader, and mini-excavator companies in North America.

It was founded in 1992 and is headquartered in Suwanee, GA.

Position Overview

The Production Planner is responsible for the production plan based on the demand plan and customer order. Establish weekly / monthly production and shipment plan based on current stock(including equipment & parts during transit), such as complete machine, SKD, and Front kit.

Monitor changes in market requirements and request machines (SKD & Front kit) from headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct SIOP Process
  • Proceed with option planning for next 6 months
  • Make monthly / Weekly / Daily production plan
  • Create work order for SKD, MSO, PDI
  • Update daily production results (Daily meeting & SAP)
  • Conduct monthly / Weekly closing
  • Confirm an invoice for vendor operation
  • Review parts & front kits availability
  • Update master data (BOM for SKD, MSO)
  • Monitor / update option take a rate monthly
  • Update MRS(Market-related specification)
  • Other projects or work as assigned according to team and company needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management
  • Production planning experience in manufacturing industry
  • Strong leadership to proceed production and shipment.
  • Korean language skills suitable for working with the head office.
  • Excellent understanding of customer requirements and market understanding
  • Experience in SAP, transactions related to create master data and production plan.
  • Product understanding and process
